As a result of the ongoing threat posed by wildfires in New Mexico, Arc Home is suspending all Wholesale closings for loans secured by properties located in Lincoln County. This suspension is effective immediately and until further notice.

Once the situation has stabilized and the temporary suspension can be removed, Arc Home will communicate the inspection requirements for properties located within the impacted area.
