Wholesale ALERT – Subservicer Update for Arc Access, Arc Elite, and Conventional Investment Programs

Effective for loans with closing documents dated on or after April 10, 2023, the subservicer name is changing for all Arc Access Non-QM, Arc Elite QM, and 30 Year Fixed Conventional Investment Property loans to “Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing”. The payment address is also being updated as indicated below.

Additionally, all “Arc Home LLC” references are being removed from the Borrower Correspondence and Overnight Payment Mailing Address details for Shellpoint.
