The business purpose field must be completed when pricing an Investment Property in order to get pricing.

For Investment Properties with DSCR chosen as the Document Type, the Business Purpose field will automatically populate as yes.

For all other Document Types on Investment Property loans, the Business Purpose field must manually be chosen.
