Arc Home is pleased to announce the new Marquee Jumbo product is available for loan registrations effective March 12, 2025.
Highlights of the Marquee Jumbo:
- Jumbo Product which requires DU Approve/Eligible or Approve/Ineligible recommendation due only to loan amount
- Anything not addressed in guidelines, defer to Fannie Mae requirements
- Minimum Loan amount: $400,000, Maximum Loan Amount: $3,000,000
- Primary Residences, Second Homes, and Investment Properties are eligible.
- Terms include 15 and 30 Yr Fixed as well as 5/6, 7/6, and 10/6 SOFR ARMS
- Maximum DTI of 49.99%
- Minimum Fico as low as 680
- Non-Warrantable condominiums are allowed
