Arc Home Wholesale ALERT – Updated Arc Home Lock Hours

Effective for new locks dated on and after Monday, July 31, 2023, the Arc Home lock hours will end at 8:30 pm ET for ALL Agency, Government, Conventional Investment, FNMA/FHLMC Second Home & Investment, Access Non-QM, and Elite QM loans. The Arc Home systems will be updated accordingly.

Important Notes

·         Lock requests for Jumbo Express and Jumbo Prime loans will continue to be allowed until 6 pm ET.

·         The Arc Home Lock Desk business hours remain unchanged at 8:30 am to 9 pm ET.

The revised Wholesale Pricing and Lock Policy – Agency, Government, Conventional Investment, FNMA/FHLMC Second Home & Investment and Wholesale Pricing and Lock Policy – Arc Access Non-QM & Elite QM will be available on our website soon (HERE).
