·        Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) qualifying

·        Up to 70% LTV

·        No FICO option for foreign credit references, minimum 680 FICO for U.S. credit

·        Loan amounts eligible from $150,000 to $1,500,000

·        DSCR down to 1.0

·        Investment Property

·        30-Year Fixed Rate (Fully Amortized)

·        Purchase and Rate/Term Refinance only

·        1-4 unit properties, warrantable and non-warrantable condos eligible

·        No exceptions will be considered
