Arc Home Wholesale ALERT – Arc Access Non-QM Exception Options Updated

Arc Home is excited to announce an enhancement to the Arc Access Non-QM Exception Restrictions. Exception options for the Arc Access program have been expanded to meet the needs of more borrowers!

The revised Arc Access Non-QM Exception Restrictions resource will be available on the website soon. Additionally, the Arc Home Exception Request page (HERE) has been updated with the simplified Arc Access Non-QM Exception Restrictions.

Important Notes

·         All loans must adhere to Higher-Priced Mortgage Loans (HPML)/Regulation Z and Ability to Repay/Qualified Mortgage (ATR/QM) regulations.

·         As a reminder, exceptions will NOT be considered for ANY Arc Elite, Conventional Investment, FNMA/FHLMC Second Home & Investment, and/or Jumbo loans.
